The short version

TraderCove is a stock-information product. Daily picks, news, and analyst data are not investment advice. Don't spam other users. Don't abuse the platform. Be a decent person. We'll honor that with a good product.

Not investment advice

Everything on this site — daily picks, rationale text, analyst ratings, technical signals, charts, news headlines — is for informational purposes only. We are not registered investment advisors. Nothing here constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and assume all risk.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You won't impersonate other users or claim to be staff.
• You won't spam friend requests or post abusive content in shared watchlists.
• You won't use automated scrapers to bypass rate limits.

Data accuracy

We pull market data from public sources (Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep) on a best-effort basis. Prices may be delayed (typically 15-20 minutes). We don't guarantee 100% accuracy, availability, or completeness. Don't make trades based solely on data shown here — verify on your broker first.

Service availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but can't guarantee it. Maintenance windows or unexpected downtime can happen. We're not liable for any consequences of the service being unavailable.

Free service and future plans

TraderCove is currently offered free of charge, and it's an evolving product. We may add, change, limit, move behind a paid plan, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and we may introduce paid subscription tiers in the future. Any such change applies going forward only: we will never charge you for features you previously used for free, and no paid subscription will start without your separate, explicit consent and a clear, up-front disclosure of the price and billing terms beforehand. We'll announce material changes by updating the date above and sending an email or in-app notice; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime at /account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms (spam, abuse, security violations).

Limitation of liability

TraderCove is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll bump the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, send an email or post a notice in-app.
